Kevin and Sandy had a clear vision — a beautiful yard where they could relax, entertain, and soak in nature without ever leaving home.
But when we looked at their property, the reality was hard to ignore: the space simply couldn’t support the outdoor living experience they had in mind. No amount of clever design was going to change that.
A Different Kind of Solution
Rather than force a design that would always fall short, we asked them a question that changed everything: What if your perfect yard is somewhere else?
It took some thought, but together we decided to explore other properties as a team. We helped Kevin and Sandy find a new site with the space, sunlight, and topography their vision actually called for.
Once the ground broke, so did the real work — and everything they had imagined finally had room to come to life.
The Yard They Always Wanted
The finished space was everything Kevin and Sandy had dreamed of and more.
A custom deck, a waterfall with a pond, lush garden beds, a cozy patio near the hot tub, and open areas with a sunken spa and fire pit — built to be enjoyed every day and shared with guests.
Sometimes the right solution isn’t a better design. It’s a better location. For Kevin and Sandy, leaving a home they’d had for decades meant finally arriving at the yard they had always wanted.
